WWE fans love to dream.
They dream about how storylines will play out. They dream about another company one day rivaling the WWE. They dream about one day stepping into the ring themselves.
Perhaps most notably, though, they dream about feuds that may or may not ever actually happen.
These “dream feuds” as they’re called have been a highly debated topic on Internet message boards and websites since before sites like this one even existed.
Fans all over the world have always and will always find time to talk about which two opponents they want to see face each other on the grand stage of the WWE, even though there’s a good chance that many of these feuds may never actually happen.
But hey, that’s why they call it dreaming, right?
While we’ve seen two dream matches in just the last couple of years (The Rock vs.John Cena and The Rock vs. CM Punk), there are still countless others that wrestling fans are dying to see.
What are they? Well, let’s take a look at some of the biggest ones.

We finally witnessed the highly anticipated debut of Bray Wyatt, Erick Rowan and Luke Harper on last week’s Raw, and already, the chatter about the WWE’s newest faction clashing with its most dominant one has begun.
In fact, all it takes is a simple Google search to see that wrestling fans have been buzzing about the potential of The Shield vs. The Wyatt Family since before the latter group even debuted.
The Shield has been incredibly dominant for most of its WWE run, and with The Wyatt Family expected to follow suit, it’s no surprise that fans are already debating the pros and cons of this potential dream match.
It’s likely that one of these two trios would have to turn face to make a potential feud and match work. But perhaps a heel/heel battle between the WWE’s top factions would determine who the true top dogs are in the company.
Either way, this is a feud that could be incredible if done right. It’s no wonder why it has been talked about so much and will continue to be until it actually takes place.

Of course, the indy connection that all of these stars share is something that has made many fans really want to see these former indy studs battle it out at the top of the WWE.
We’ve already seen a number of singles matches involving these guys—like that great Rollins vs. Bryan match and a number of awesome Punk/Bryan matches—but there are many more major bouts involving these Internet favorites that could still happen.

Not surprisingly, among the most anticipated potential RVD matches during his current WWE run is a battle with none other than CM Punk.
RVD is synonymous with ECW to a lot of fans, and Punk was, in a lot of ways, the face of the WWE’s reincarnated version of ECW. Of course, both Punk and RVD are also “Paul Heyman guys,” which has a lot to do with their respective runs in two very different ECWs.
A feud between RVD and Punk is a logical one because the two have history with each other and because of the obvious Heyman connection that they share.
With RVD recently returning and mixing it up with Punk in the Money in the Bank “All-Stars” match, perhaps that’s a sign of things to come.
Maybe some diehard wrestling fans who really want to see RVD vs. Punk will finally get their wish granted and see two of the most notable Heyman guys go one-on-one.

Perhaps that’s why so many fanswant to see the face of the WWE challenge The Undertaker and “The Streak” at WrestleMania.
It doesn’t take a genius to figure out why this match is one that fans have long been buzzing about. Cena is obviously the WWE’s top guy, and he’s seen by many fans as the one and only Superstar who would have a legitimate shot at ending the most impressive streak in wrestling history.
“The Streak” probably won’t ever end, but at the very least, Cena would come closer to making the fans think it actually might end than anyone else ever has. Why? Simply because he’s Cena.

Austin recently revealed that he’s “healthy enough” to compete at WrestleMania 30, and should all the dominoes fall the right way, that would lead him to a battle against none other than CM Punk on the grandest stage of them all.
Austin and Punk have recently picked back up on their playful Twitter war, and because of the similarities between their respective anti-hero personalities, this is a match that has more than just a few factors that make it actually possible.
Whether or not we ever see Punk vs. Austin depends largely upon whether Austin wants to return for one more match, but it’s safe to say that fans across the world want to see it happen.
