Here are six things that President Obama wanted The Federal Government to have the power to do. Do you Obama supporters, support The Federal Government to have these 6 powers? 

1) The Federal Government would have the power to: "Attach GPS to a citizen's vehicle to monitor their movements, without having any cause to believe that a they had committed a crime (United States v. Jones)."

2) The Federal Government would have had the power to "Deprive landowners of the right to challenge potential government fines as high as $75,000 per day and take away their ability to have a hearing to challenge those fines (Sackett v. EPA)."

3) The Federal Government would have had the power to "Override state law whenever the President desires. (Arizona v. United States).

4) The Federal Government would have had the power to "Interfere with a church's selection of its own ministers. (Hosanna-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church & School v. EEOC)"

5) The Federal Government would have had the power to "Dramatically extend statutes of limitations to impose penalties for acts committed decades ago. (Gabelli v. SEC)."

6) The Federal Government would have had the power to "Destroy private property without paying just compensation. (Arkansas Fish & Game Commission v. United States)."
